Friends of the Global Fight works to mobilize private American engagement and sustained public leadership of the global fight against AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

Project HOPE saves lives by bringing improved health and medical care to some of the world’s neediest people especially children. Originally known by the S.S. HOPE, the world's first peace-time hospital ship, Project HOPE educates caregivers, trains health workers, provides medicines and supplies, develops facilities where quality care can be provided, and strengthening communities to help themselves.
