Miromar Development owns and operates outlet centers in Southwest Florida and in Quebec, as well as office buildings and business complexes Montréal, Québec. Miromar Development was the first company to introduce factory outlet centers in Canada, with the opening of Promenades Hudson (just west of Montréal) in 1989.
