The Lorain County Community Action Agency aims to reduce the incidence and impact of poverty by strengthening and empowering individuals, families, and communities. Since LCCAA was created over 4 decades ago, we have acted as a provider for a wide range of public and private resources, programs and policies which give individuals the opportunity to improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities. We strive to help others to seek self-sufficiency through the pursuit of values, expectations and the development of responsibility. Today, LCCAA has nearly 175 employees, and a 18-member board.
