If I had to change my name it would be 'Jack', as in 'Jack of all trades and master of none... but I'm not bad at a few...' I love ice carving and I don't get to do enough of it. I have some starts and stop on other carving/sculpting media but don't have enough time to devote to these hobbies. If I could just become independantly wealthy I would have more time to devote to my hobbies! ;o) I do have a professional culinary background (red seal and journeyman papers) and I also like to make wedding cakes. My career today involves computers (IT application development BA/TA/PM) It pays the bills and gives me the time to do things like the St. Paul Winter Carnival.
