Neighborhood Resource Center of Colorado (NRC) is a statewide organization that creates strategic partnerships, provides technical support, and increases the capacity of neighborhoods, local governments, businesses, and other organizations to resolve emerging community issues. NRC strengthens the capacity of neighborhoods associations and individual residents to improve their communities through educational programs, written materials, and technical assistance.
