It is intended for general staff working in IT Service Management and as a prerequisite for progressing onto higher qualification levels. At the end of the course, students sit a 1 hour, 40 question multiple choice exam which they book through an accredited exam provider such as Prometric. ITIL Awareness/Overview: An ITIL awareness course provides an ideal means of educating a broader range of staff that need to understand the principles of IT Service Management, but do not require formal certification. Our free Executive overview provides this high level understanding.Mock exams: One of the best ways to prepare for the real thing is to sit through some mocks exams. ITIL Campus offers free mock exams to the general public as well as a number of quizzes sprinkled throughout our training courses.
