Clarkstown Central School District is located in Rockland County, approximately 25 miles northwest of New York City. Consistently rated one of the safest cities in America in the annual Morgan Quinto Safest Cities survey, Clarkstown is an upper middle class suburban community with a population of about 70,000 residents.
